In addition to having two speakers, Dan Nagengast, Director of Kansas Rural Center and Phil Pisciotta, Owner of Fresh Food Express LLC, KU TRI and CCO EARTH will be hosting an interactive poster competition for students to highlight the role that transportation plays in the delivery of food and possible impacts on the environment.
